I really enjoyed my stay at Riad Maison Du Sud. The breakfast hit all the right notes with traditional Moroccan options such as warm baguette, crepes, and fresh orange juice. The rooftop terrace provided a stunning spot to unwind and take in the views of Essaouira! The room felt large and exactly matched the photos I had seen online. The location in the medina made it easy to explore the souks and nearby attractions. On the downside, the room could have used a fan for ventilation since it gets quite warm at night. Also, the rooftop was occasionally noisy due to bells chiming from nearby areas. Overall, this riad has a lot of charm, but some minor things could make it even better.

Loved the spacious Triple Room, perfect for our group. The staff helped us with bookings and info, making our stay super easy. Great central location right in the medina. Enjoyed relaxing on the terrace in the evenings. Breakfast was a nice start to our day! 🍵
