The hotel of choice in Essaouira. Exceptionally comfortable property with absolutely fantastic rooms and magnificent location. Very pleasant stuff providing terrific services. Delightful food, savoury and fresh breakfast. Location right by an ancient medina, the colourful markets which are safe and hassle-free and beautiful appointed. Also, near the beach.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the location is fantastic, situated right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. It's also within walking distance to the beach, which was a great bonus. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were simply amazing. They were incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style. The attention to detail was evident and I felt like I was stepping back in time. my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I highly recommend staying here for an authentic Moroccan experience.

All in all, I couldn't find anything to fault with my stay.

Design is very nice, location is great - we left our car on the public parking outside pedestrian area and it was easy to find Riad, and also not far (important when you carry luggage). The manager (i think it was him) was extremely helpful with organizing everything we asked for.

Our room didn't have "outside" windows - all our windows were looking to the inside corridor of Riad itself - we would have appreciated fresh air!

Located in the heart of the medina with immediate access to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Convenient location with easy access to local shops and markets. the taxi ride back to the airport was a breeze. Plus, being close to the charming old town added to the overall experience. 🛍️

Breakfast just bread and jam every day got boring, would have liked more variety. Wifi only worked in a very restricted area of the hotel. Rather dark inside and roof terrace though available was not used for breakfast. No written information on hotel or local services. Sink that was almost blocked and warm water a bit unpredictable for showers in the morning. Still we basically liked it, staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay; beautiful surroundings, helpful staff. The craftsmanship used in interior design, particularly the bathrooms, is fabulous.

Great spot here, close to vibrant markets that are super safe and hassle-free. you've got shops, restaurants, and the waterfront nearby. They serve up local brekkie goodies like fresh breads and fruits 🍉.

Not obvious to find

This was our first time at a Riad, which turned out to be far more charming than a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The facilities and rooms were practical and clean. Everything functioned as it should. We were in Essaouira in late December, when night temperatures approached 13 C, and it was easy to warm up rooms. Breakfast was nice, Moroccan-Continental style. Very central place, still very quiet at night. Wi-fi free, although only available in or above dining room. Nice dinner in the restaurant, although at little higher prices than in nearby restaurants.

There are many narrow stairs and no lift: not recommended for people with disabilities.

The staff were great. They made the stay truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. They were only too happy to help with any questions we had and made reservations and enquiries on our behalf. They even arranged a surprise birthday cake for my friend that they served on the terrace.

The food and service were excellent, and we were fortunate to receive a junior suite at an affordable rate. Additionally, the hotel's location made it convenient for exploring the city.

The location of this place is conveniently close to Bab Sbaa, and we had a great experience during our stay here. I highly recommend it, and there is parking available nearby.
